RE: TMobile Billing Practices
To the following Companies, Regulatory Commissions and Attorney General’s Office:
Very simply – Tmobile Cellular is blaming their Individually owned/Franchised TMobile Store located at: 4551 E Cactus Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85028 and the store is blaming TMobile Cellular .
I’m sick of the cat and mouse game and want my money! They owe me $186.67 and are claiming that in August of 2011 I added a new line and therefore added a new contract for 2 years – I did not renew. I switched back to Verizon a month after my contract expired with TMobile.
TMobile sent me a bill for early termination fee for $467.71 – stating that the “store” renewed my contract – the “Store” says it is TMobile’s policy when an additional line is added to automatically renew – however the store never informed me of that policy when we added the line or I would never have done it! Even TMobile Customer Service Supervisor “Nicole” admitted there is no paperwork on file for the renewal of services- and reinstated the “TMobile Policy.”
I want my money and I want this practice stopped for the protection of future customers!
