Holly T. Ashley: Co-Founder of Cross Strength Ministries and R3: Redemption. Restoration. Recovery., where she leads national initiatives addressing domestic violence, sexual assault, and family restoration through a biblical and forensic lens.

With a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology, 30+ years in the field of victim and offender advocacy, Holly equips both the Church and the justice system to respond to abuse with truth, accountability, and compassion.

From Victim to Victory©

Holly’s journey is one of raw redemption. Once a youth leader, model, and public figure, her life unraveled under the weight of hidden trauma—molestation, abuse, and deep spiritual pain.

Through complete surrender to Christ, she discovered that healing begins where pride ends. Today, she boldly shares her testimony to expose generational sin, break cycles of silence, and point others to the cross of Jesus Christ.

Her life and ministry proclaim a single truth: “Redemption is for the repentant.”

Holly is an author and a professional speaker, addressing audiences nationwide on:

• Biblical domestic violence intervention
• Trauma and repentance
• Family restoration and discipleship
• Church leadership and accountability

Her teaching blends forensic psychology, theology, and life experience to call believers toward repentance, obedience, and lasting transformation.

Researcher & Policy Advocate

Early in her career, Holly helped shape Arizona’s early domestic-violence policy through research and proposals presented to the Governor’s Office. Today she continues to influence public policy, serve as an expert witness and jury profiler, and train professionals across court systems, churches, and community agencies.

She continues to research and write state-approved Christian Domestic Violence curricula, serving both victims and offenders through court-mandated and ministry settings nationwide.

Personal Life

Holly is married to Pastor David Ashley, known as the “Pastor of Pump.” Together, they lead Cross Strength Ministries and R3, equipping churches, schools, and law enforcement to establish Christ-centered counseling and intervention programs.

Cross Strength Ministries is a non-profit 501 (c) (3), Christ-centered, Scripture-saturated, doctrinally sound ministry, completely surrendered to serve and equip the saints for service.
