Cross Strength Ministries exists to bring the redemptive power of Jesus Christ into the darkest corners of brokenness—transforming men, healing families, and restoring communities. Rooted in Scripture and driven by a mission of Redemption, Restoration, and Recovery (R3), Cross Strength Ministries equips men and women to walk in true strength: spiritual, emotional, and physical.
R3 is the domestic violence and sexual assault arm of Cross Strength Ministries, offering trauma-informed, biblically grounded programs for both victims and offenders. Through crisis management, education, and counseling, R3 helps individuals and families move from cycles of abuse toward lasting transformation and healing in Christ.
Cross Strength Ministries operates Fit to Lead, a State-Certified Batterer Intervention Program (BIP) that integrates faith, psychological research, and accountability. “Fit to Lead” addresses root causes of abuse through the lens of repentance, responsibility, and renewal—helping men develop godly character and leadership in their homes and communities.
The ministry also offers parenting classes, relationship restoration courses, biblical counseling, and evangelism and awareness training for churches, schools, and service providers across the nation.
Holly T. Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and serves as Director of R3: Redemption. Restoration. Recovery. Her background in trauma, criminal behavior, and crisis response informs her work with victims and offenders alike. Holly brings compassionate leadership, clinical insight, and Christ-centered wisdom to every classroom, counseling session, and crisis situation. She also speaks nationally on topics of domestic violence, sexual assault, and the psychological and spiritual dimensions of abuse and recovery.
A published author and a professional speaker, Holly combines clinical insight with a deep passion for ministry—addressing audiences nationwide on topics of domestic violence, sexual assault, biblical womanhood, and emotional healing.
